Did you know?

Doing some research on media in India, I came across this gem...

The longest movie in the world according to Guinness World Records is The Cure for Insomnia, directed by John Henry Timmis IV. Released in 1987, the running time is 5220 minutes (87 hours) and has no plot. Instead, it consists of poet L. D. Groban reciting his 4,080-page poem “A Cure for Insomnia” over the course of three and a half days. The movie is inter-spliced with clips from porno and heavy metal music videos.

Weird!

Ugh! Looks like he made the movie for sake of entering the records. Am surprised some bright Indian did not think of the idea before.

My friend and I just read about the worlds longest movie "The Cure for Insomnia." It's like 85 hours long and we're destined to watch this entire movie The cure for insomnia movie is not a cure for insomnia actually but more a parody of 2250 minutes on the long drawn out life that can be constructed when you are doing, acting and living in life. Do not rent The cure for insomnia as a medical answer to insomnia as the name might suggest however. Here is a short version I saw seconds ago as a cure for insomnia movie. musical. watch the acting and captions in it.
